Thanks for your interest in volunteering at Cogburn Woods Elementary! As a reminder, every person who volunteers must first complete the Fulton County Schools mandatory training requirement.
Click HERE to begin the volunteer registration process and allow at least 48 hours before coming into the school for the first time as a volunteer. The front desk never wants to turn away volunteers, but must follow Fulton County Schools’ policy.
All volunteers must complete this training for the current school year, even if completed and registered in previous years.
If you are interested in CLASSROOM VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES watch for notices from your Room Rep and/or your teacher through the Bloomz app. Opportunities will come up throughout the year and may include helping your class design and build a Scarecrow in September, Mystery Reading throughout the year, proctoring for Lunch Bunch (3rd/4th/5th grades), helping with Literacy Campouts (K-2nd), classroom parties (Winter Party and End of Year Party), chaperoning field trips, helping teachers stuff their Thursday folders each week, and more.
